Gaining a healthy relationship with food takes a holistic approach and disordered eating has very little to do with food itself.

It's tempting to try to go on the 'intuitive eating diet' or the 'hunger-fullness' diet, but when the goal is to have a healthy relationship with food that comes naturally to us, we need to dive deeper.

Breaking down disordered eating and addressing the roots that really matter, one step at a time, is what the Binge to Balance program is all about.

From Disorder to Empowerment

Disorder Begins

Without realising it, at the age of 7, I began using food to cope emotionally.

As the years went by I developed the belief that changing my body would bring more connection to others and a sense of belonging.

Teenage Escalation

Life felt chaotic and dieting evolved into more restrictive and damaging eating behaviours - culminating in Bulimia Nervosa.

Thankfully this passed, but I was left trapped in a secretive cycle of dieting and binge eating for years.

Education & Healing

After 16 years of consuming body insecurities and 'failing' every diet under the sun, I hit rock bottom.

I channelled my despair into education so I could finally understand my body, my relationship with food and myself.

Empowerment & Coaching

Through education, research and persistence I developed a path to self love and a 'normal' & healthy relationship with food.

Since, I've dedicated my career to helping others find the same peace.

Through YouTube and a growing client list, my calendar was constantly full. I noticed that my own time was restricting how many women I could help. Over the course of a few years and after running many trials, Binge to Balance® was born.

The successful creation of this program enabled me to support even more women to move from binge eating and food obsession to a 'normal' and healthy relationship with food - without relying on rules, restrictions or will power.
