A healthy relationship with food is like a sense of style.

Some people seem to have it effortlessly, but if you break them down and go step by step then both can be learned, practiced, developed, and refined.

This is where women struggling with binge eating, food obsession or yo-yo dieting can develop a 'normal' and healthy relationship with food.

We guide and support clients for 3-6 months as they build the understanding, skills, and self-trust to achieve food freedom which feels effortless to them.

What is a healthy relationship with food?

This is our definition and what we help our clients to achieve. Be aware that if you come from food struggles, this may initially seem like a fantasy.

01

Trusting

Your physical appetite is balanced, appropriate for your body's needs and you can honour hunger and satiety with no more difficulty than with breathing.

02

Satisfying

You tend more towards nourishing food because you genuinely want it and can also enjoy any foods you want to enjoy without a fear of losing control.

03

Self Caring

There is little urge to emotionally eat (some is normal and healthy) and you can eat 'freely' without 'over-eating' or 'under-eating'.

04

Peaceful

You trust yourself fully around food and have healthy control (the ability to make decisions with food with ease and intention).

05

Secure

You have a sense of what, when, how and why to eat which you trust thanks to a mixture of wisdom, permission and self-care.

What Clients Have To Say

(Pictures changed to protect identity)

"If you are ready for something completely different and want to know that you are not alone, I'd highly recommend this journey. Just be ready to look inside for the answers you've been searching for so long."

K

"I'm finding great growth in my personal life from doing this work. I feel like my friendships and my marriage are only getting stronger with this.

There's a saying and I can't remember it perfectly right now. But it talks about unlocking the potential within. I used to think it was so cliché or something your parents might say 'because they had to'. But now, I feel so sad sometimes that I lived for so long without realizing I held so much potential inside. And then I smile and think of how much I have to look forward now. "

A

"I bought myself a new black sweater (in my current size, not the size I want to be "in ten pounds") and just loved wearing it and I looked great.

You too can be at peace with eating and get so much more out of life! You are worth it!"

G

"This program is truly a different approach than any others out there. I could feel my level of anxiety around food and eating reduce almost immediately after going through the first lessons."

Kelly

"The activities allowed me to change my mindset towards how I view food and I began to slowly have more trust in my body instead of having to rely on rules to control how much I could eat. I haven't experienced viewing food from this perspective in years."

Tara

"I'm so pleased with everything. Thank you. Ladies, start now, you won't regret it!"
